Wireless communication via Wi-Fi (MQTT protocol)
Easy integration with industrial management systems, SCADA platforms, or IoT environments. The system periodically transmits structured information to the server or the cloud and supports receiving remote commands and configurations.

Safety Alerts

  • The device communicates via WiFi (MQTT protocol) with a central system or with distributed sensors across the facility
  • When a risk situation is detected (for example, gas exposure, restricted areas, high noise or heat levels, or a general emergency), it alerts the worker through vibration, high-visibility LED lights, and an acoustic signal
  • Alert patterns (color, vibration frequency, or tone) are configurable depending on the risk type or priority

Environmental Monitoring

  • It integrates temperature, humidity, and light sensors, which send periodic data to the central system.
  • It enables detection of thermal or lighting conditions that are unsuitable for safety or workplace comfort.
  • These parameters can be used to trigger preventive alarms or to adjust ventilation and lighting in the environment.

Physical Activity Tracking

  • The device includes a triaxial accelerometer, enabling the recording of movement, activity intensity, and worker breaks.
  • The data is processed to assess fatigue patterns, active time, or prolonged inactivity, supporting ergonomic management and occupational risk prevention.

Connectivity & Data

  • Wireless communication via WiFi (MQTT), enabling easy integration with industrial management systems, SCADA, or IoT platforms.
