If you wish to have specific data removed from our system, please follow these steps:

a. Send an email to info@blautic.com with the subject: “DELETE DATA FROM [Blautic Application Name].”

b. In the body of the email, clearly detail the types of data you want to delete.

c. Provide the email address you use to log in to the application so that we can locate and delete the corresponding data.

d. We will process your data deletion request within 48 to 72 hours.

Please note that some data may be subject to additional retention periods due to legal or security requirements. However, once the retention period expires, we will promptly delete such data from our records.
