Pfizer Global AFEDI
Monitoring of cardiological anomalies and lifestyle habits with ZIVEN CARDIO technology
Multi-patient cardiac and physical activity monitoring system with Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
Project
Blautic has started a collaboration with Pfizer Global and La Fe Hospital in Valencia for approximately 2 years.
This project aims to implement a simple way to monitor the regularity of the heartbeat in patients with cardiac TTR amyloidosis (ATTR) to improve the early diagnosis of atrial fibrillation (AF) and reduce the embolic burden.
To carry it out, from Blautic we have developed Ziven Cardio, a device through which Esther Zorio Grima – cardiologist at Hospital La Fe and leader of this research – and her team will use to draw medical conclusions. The study is called: “Improving early detection of atrial fibrillation in cardiac ATTR (AFEDI-cATTR)”.
Applications
- Professional and patient access.
- ECG signal capture by professional request, patient request or AI pattern detection.
- Monitoring of posture, steps, physical activity index and events such as fall control.
- Online visualization of signals. Usage and status control.
Technical Aspects
The technical features of the Ziven Cardio device include the following:
- Wireless communications
- ECG sensor
- Accelerometer
- Gyroscope
- Qi wireless charging
